Handcrafted in small batches by Froggy Acres Homestead, Deep Woods Defender starts with a rich blend of tallow, beeswax, herb-infused olive oil, avocado oil, and sweet almond oil. The olive oil is infused with plantain, yarrow, calendula, and catnip, creating a botanical base inspired by traditional herbal preparations and the plants found around the homestead and woodland.

The balm is finished with an unmistakably outdoorsy aromatic blend of cedarwood, citronella, geranium, patchouli, and lemongrass. Cedarwood and patchouli give it a deep, earthy forest character, while citronella, geranium, and lemongrass add fresh, bright herbal notes.

The result is a smooth, concentrated balm that melts easily against warm skin and leaves behind a rich, conditioning layer without the need for a water-based lotion.
